I am receiving DTV signals via OTA antenna. Some of the HD stations appear with borders on all sides. Why? - ota antenna

Some stations come with full HD, but some are HD, but appears to have no limits. My TV says it's the HD versions of stations, not the SD card. Is this due to poor reception? I looked through all the settings for my TV, and you are in 16:9 format.
