What do you do with herbs like rosemary, mint, lavender other than cooking, or making teas? - herbal soap making

I grow a large garden, beautiful rosemary, lavender, oregano, thyme and mint. I use it for cooking and tea, but of course only a small amount on, grown what is consumed in the garden. Suggestions? If you have any recipes for making herbal soap, shampoo, or a kind of natural toner, that's great! Thank you!
